Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Tekopen believes in transparency with our readers.
Some pages and articles on https://tekopen.com may contain affiliate links.
What Is an Affiliate Link?
An affiliate link is a special link that allows a merchant or affiliate network to identify that a visitor came from Tekopen.
If you click an affiliate link and purchase a product or service, Tekopen may receive a commission.
This normally does not increase the price you pay.
Why We Use Affiliate Links
Operating a technology website involves costs, including:
Hosting
Servers
Software
Research tools
Content production
Testing products and services
Website maintenance
Affiliate commissions help support the operation and development of Tekopen.
Editorial Independence
Affiliate relationships do not automatically determine what we publish.
We aim to evaluate products and services based on factors such as:
Features
Performance
Price
Ease of use
Privacy
Security
Limitations
Suitability for different users
A company cannot automatically purchase a positive review or favorable editorial conclusion through an affiliate relationship.
Products We Have Not Tested
Some articles may discuss products or services that Tekopen has not directly tested.
In such cases, information may be based on:
Official documentation
Public information
Product specifications
Independent research
Reputable third-party sources
We aim not to imply direct testing when it has not occurred.
Changes in Pricing and Availability
Product prices, promotions, subscriptions, discounts, availability, and features can change at any time.
Tekopen cannot guarantee that pricing or promotional information shown in an article will remain accurate after publication.
Always check the official seller or service provider before completing a purchase.
Third-Party Transactions
When you purchase a product or service through an affiliate link, the transaction is between you and the third-party merchant.
Tekopen does not directly control:
Payments
Shipping
Returns
Refunds
Product warranties
Subscription cancellation
Customer support
These matters are subject to the merchant's own terms and policies.
Affiliate Networks
Tekopen may participate in affiliate programs operated by software companies, technology brands, marketplaces, hosting providers, online services, or affiliate networks.
Affiliate partnerships may change over time.
Disclosure Within Articles
Where appropriate, articles containing affiliate links may include a disclosure such as:
“This article may contain affiliate links. Tekopen may earn a commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.”
